It works a treat and like the Daystate version - clips on to the rifle using the same method as the parent magazines. Rowan claims a more accurate feed and less potential damage to the pellet than using a magazine. The single shot loader is aimed at the HFT competitor, so you’ve no need to remove the magazine as you change lanes to indicate the rifle is safe. To remove carefully apply some heat using a hairdryer, not a lot is needed and once it loses its grip slip off the spigot and re-fit your bolt of choice. A word of caution, you get instructions but the bolt is screwed and glued in place. So a slightly faster catch up on the return of the hand has another pellet ready to go if using as a multi-shot.
